The Zippo 2007733 Pipe Insert is a special insert that transforms a standard Zippo box into a pipe lighter with soft gas/flame and electronic ignition. This insert is designed to deliver a clean, odorless flame (no petroleum residue) and works with Zippo’s classic click mechanism.

Usage & tips

• Fill with Zippo butane: After purchase, buy and fill butane gas separately – the insert comes empty.

• Replace only the insert: you keep your Zippo housing – making it easier and cheaper to upgrade to gas flame.

• Watch out for air and temperature: As with all gas lighters – cold weather can affect flame strength.

• Maintain the ignition mechanism: Clean regularly and avoid getting dirt in the spark part as this can inhibit electronic ignition.
