Bivrost® Aquavit is a delicate and sophisticated, powerful aquavit. The name Bivrost is what the Vikings used for the Northern Lights, which they mostly used as a magical bridge between the human world, Midgaard, to the god realm, Asgaard.

This aquavit has a floral aroma with a mild taste of caraway, star anise, fennel and coriander – and a long spicy aftertaste. Best enjoyed chilled with light food, fish or with a good beer.
