Brøndum’s first schnapps saw the light of day in the 1840s in Copenhagen, where Anthon Brøndum opened his distillery. A lot has happened since then, and with this spiced schnapps, we have moved into a segment of schnapps where the taste is rich and the alcohol strength is low.

But it all comes together. The apples and the delicious taste of thyme open up a bottle that can be enjoyed by most people. And even though it’s inherently mild, you’ll still get the true sensation of schnapps when you enjoy it with herring, lighter dishes or strong cheeses, for example, where the refined taste goes well with the rough lunch table.
