Volsted – Classic aquavit, has the traditional taste of caraway with fine notes of citrus and umami flavor. It is unusually round and soft in taste, embracing the sharper flavor notes of caraway. It is a distilled aquavit with flavor notes of: caraway, orange, lemon, orris root, angelica root, chamomile and pepper.

Aquavit is part of the Nordic food traditions and this classic aquavit will be the perfect accompaniment to the “traditional Christmas table”, open sandwiches, a herring dinner or simply enjoyed as “a little one”.
