Production
The grapes for Butcher’s Cut Premium are harvested from fields in Mendoza, where the climate is particularly favorable for viticulture. The difference between night and day temperatures produces grapes with lovely fruit character and freshness. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery where they are vinified using traditional methods.
