Diamond Hill, Chardonnay, Australia, appears with a beautiful deep yellow color. The aroma is characterized by sweet ripe flowers and green fruit. The taste is full-bodied and fills the mouth with a taste of ripe fruit.

The grapes ripen under the influence of the bright sunshine and by harvest time in February, the grapes are fully ripe. After early morning picking, the still cool bunches are brought for destemming and pressing. Fermentation takes place at a low, controlled temperature to preserve the lovely fruit of the grapes in the final wine.

The wine is a good companion for “everything from the sea”, veal, poultry and mild, soft cheese types.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
