In southern Catalonia, Spain, there is a small family-run winery called Casa Marisol, where this Casa Del Marisol comes from. Since the farm first started producing wine, the focus has been on Vermouth because the climate is ideal for this type of wine.

Casa Del Marisol has a beautiful golden color. Various herbs and spices such as rosemary, thyme, cardamom and orange peel define the flavor of this Vermouth. The taste is also fresh and tart with notes of citrus and vanilla. The finish is dominated by herbs that give it a nice dry finish. The wine can be enjoyed on its own, but can also be mixed into a Martini.
