Del Professore “Monsieur” Gin was the first gin produced by the Del Professore distillery. It was created using a top secret recipe inspired by ancient knowledge and years of research into herbal remedies. The gin gets its beautiful amber color from the distillation and infusion process.

The gin is infused with a wide range of botanicals such as juniper, lavender, angelica, orange, rose, chamomile and other secret aromas. The result is a premium, high-quality gin with fresh floral and balsamic notes. Serve over ice, neat or in a drink such as a gin & tonic.
