Del Professore “Gin À La Madame” Gin is a classic gin inspired by the Italian herbal gin tradition. The goal with this gin was to produce a pleasant, easy-to-drink gin – and the Del Professore distillery has certainly achieved that.

It gets its flavor from fresh botanicals like juniper, lemon, orange, tanacetum, curcuma zedoaria, cinnamon and cassia. This leads to a surprisingly intense, fresh and unusual flavor. The gin has a beautiful amber color, which it gets after long aging. Gin À La Madame is warm and aromatic on the palate, with lovely floral notes emerging in the aftertaste. Serve it on the rocks, off the rocks or as an element in a drink.
