Four Jiggers Gin is a Danish hand crafted, distilled gin based on 96% organic agricultural alcohol and 12 organic botanicals: juniper, carrot, coriander, orange, fennel seed, lemon, licorice root, pepper, angelica root, fennel, ginger and apple. All botanicals are carefully selected for taste and quality. The scent reflects the composition and complexity with clear traces of juniper.

The taste is warm and rich with a pleasant depth of spicy notes mixed with fresh citrus and a soft finish from the carrot. The Danish carrots contribute sweetness and green nuances that tie the spicy notes together. The finish is long and smooth with crisp notes of citrus, licorice and juniper.

The name, Four Jiggers, refers to the measuring ratio: 40 ml gin with 100 ml quality tonic, lots of ice and garnished with one of the botanicals found in the gin. This is the recipe for a “Gintastic G&T”. Four Jiggers Gin is suitable for a wide range of cocktails and Gin & Tonics.
