Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is based on grapes from Yarra Vally in Victoria, Australia. The production and aging process for this gin takes a total of eight weeks. When the gin was released in Australia, it quickly became incredibly popular and sold out. People had to wait for the grape harvest going into 2017.

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin has a lovely aroma of citrus, pine needles, raspberries, spices and pepper. It has a very different color than some other gins. It has a deep and dark color, which changes to pink if you add tonic or similar. It is therefore perfect if you want to mix beautiful and colorful drinks.

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz is an unfiltered gin and thus there will be a small sediment. In addition, it is recommended that the gin is enjoyed within the first few years after the grape harvest. Subsequently, the gin will develop secondary aromas, just like wine of course.
