Highland Park 21 YO Single Malt Scotch is, according to experts, one of Highland Park’s best products. The whisky is aged for 21 years: first in European oak casks, then American oak casks and finally in ordinary casks.

The nose of the whisky has a sweet, balsamic aroma with a hint of toffee. It has a well-structured sweetness where anise, muscovado sugar, nutmeg, creamy vanilla and apple crumble combine with a smoky quality. It finishes with raisins, ginger and sweet pear. You can add a little water to the whiskey to bring out the flavor.
