Highland Park 25 YO presents a dark red, golden and clear color and rich aromas of oak, chocolate and fudge, which are accompanied by a full-bodied palate with explosive notes of heather honey and nut cake with hints of oak and peat.

Highland Park 25 YO was first launched in 1998 and has since experienced great success due to its remarkable complexity. Highland Park 25 YO’s complexity is partly due to the fact that half of the whisky’s maturation takes place in sherry casks. This is a very expensive production process compared to American bourbon barrels, which is why it is generally used less in whisky production.

Highland Park 25 YO is best enjoyed on its own, with a few drops of water or chilled.
