Martini Riserva Rubino is a vermouth from Martini’s range of Riserva Speciale vermouths. It is a rich and complex vermouth with a beautiful cherry red color. The vermouth is made from a secret blend of carefully selected wines with rare botanicals such as red sandalwood and different varieties of mountain ash.

Vermouth has a lingering, rich, bitter and herbaceous character that goes particularly well with tonic. For example, mix one part vermouth and one part tonic for a refreshing drink. Serve it with spicy foods like salted Parma ham, Serrano ham or salami.
