Nikka Yoichi Japanese Single Malt is a Japanese whisky from the Yoichi distillery. The whisky is just one example of the distillery’s unique style of production, resulting in a complex, peaty, smoky and fruity whisky.

The nose of the whisky is rich and smooth. It opens with a soft peat aroma, which then turns into a smoky and salty note. The palette is complex and strong. Well-balanced notes of smoke, fresh fruits, nuts and a hint of chocolate with a constant peat note in the background emerge at first taste. The finish is long and silky with notes of ripe fruit, herbs, menthol and a special spiciness. Serve the whisky on its own and break the surface with a few drops of water.
