Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky is, as the name suggests, a Japanese blended whisky. It is blended in Suntory’s three distilleries, Yamazaki, Hakashu and Chita. This version is a well-rounded, sweet blend, with fresh citrus and spicy notes finishing it off well.

The nose is fresh with basil, green apple and honey notes. Flavors of grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme emerge if you taste closely. The finish is slightly sweet and spicy with hints of white pepper, ginger and vanilla oak, and you may want to add a little water to the whisky before tasting to bring out all the subtle flavors.
