BLANCHE is a fresh, Belgian-inspired witbier. It’s a light, unfiltered organic wheat beer with a lovely fruity citrus aroma and a rich, sweet taste. In Belgium, this type is often served with a slice of lemon, but our version has a refreshing hint of lime. It is brewed with pilsner malt and wheat malt as well as traditional hops. The beer has a hazy, golden-grain appearance with a white head and a slightly tart lime aroma. The taste starts with a light malt sweetness that elegantly transitions into a well-balanced lime flavor. BLANCHE pairs well with light dishes like chicken, fish, seafood, salads, grilled vegetables and fruit desserts.
