The water takes about 100 years to run through the ground, where it is gently purified by filtering through the calcareous subsoil, which is about 63 million years old.
The crystal clear water is then retrieved from the ground and bottled – natural mineral water with a unique composition of minerals.
Egekilde protects nature and has been CO2 neutral since 2012.
From 2020, the entire Egekilde portfolio has been bottled in 100% recycled plastic, which means you can enjoy your Egekilde on the go with the smallest possible carbon footprint.
