In Rumbullion! is a blend of different Caribbean aged dark rums to which extra spices have been added, including Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel.

The result is a lovely sweet and spicy rum.

The rum – or blend – is invented under the pseudonym Professor Cornelius Ampleforth’s (at English Masters of Malt), and the series is presented quite humorously, playing on the old English traditions of seafaring and rum.
