Lime Bitter is an obvious ingredient in various cocktails. However, it’s not used as often as orange, lemon and grape, which is a shame as it has so much to offer.

All Seier’s citrus-based products are ‘zesty’, which means they taste of the zest itself when it is zested (scraped) from the citrus fruit. The flavor gains extra complexity from the added spices.

Seier’s organic Lime Bitter is zesty but markedly different from the other Seier bitters: It takes the peak of bitterness from whatever it’s paired with and adds a wonderful harmony to the flavor result.
