Organic Liquorice Bitter is ‘licorice in liquid form’. When enjoyed neat, it has notes of English licorice, but it’s much more complex than that.

Licorice bitters are a must for a Danish bitters producer, as we in Denmark are very fond of licorice. The licorice bitters really has a lot to offer too! It can be used for classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned, but it is also extremely suitable for fruity cocktails and freshly squeezed orange juice. It can also be used as an ‘absinthe rinse’, which is relevant when mixing the Sazerac cocktail.
