Silverboom Shiraz-Merlot is a very soft and full-bodied wine with plenty of South Africa’s sun and warmth in the glass. In the aroma, there is a wealth of wild berries and licorice as well as a fine hint of spices. On the palate, the same notes as on the nose are met with the complex flavors of pepper and fine, firm tannins, and a long, lingering finish. Silverboom can be enjoyed now, but can also be stored for up to five years from the harvest year.

Dedicated and specialized winemakers have carefully selected the Shiraz and Merlot grapes for this wonderful and powerful wine. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a wine with plenty of juice, intensity and power. Silverboom is the result of a generous nature and winemakers.
