Thorn Gin is made with classic gin ingredients: juniper berries, orange peel, coriander and dill seed, and these are hand-picked by Thorn Gin’s Master Distiller. All ingredients infuse the base alcohol for 24 hours before distillation begins, and the Master Distiller’s experience and sense of smell are the sole guides in this process. A maximum of 500 liters of Thorn Gin is made at a time, so every drop is taken care of.

Thorn Gin is a classic gin in its expression, where you are greeted by a scent of juniper and citrus in the glass. It has a well-balanced taste, and when paired with a good tonic, Thorn’s flavors of juniper, orange and lemon come into their own.
