The Tullamore DEW Phoenix is an expression of the amazing history of the town of Tullamore and a celebration of its people. In 1785, Tullamore witnessed a hot air balloon accident that almost destroyed the town, but empowered the people, who since that day have placed a Phoenix in the town’s coat of arms. Driven by the town’s positive spirit, the Tullamore distillery was established in 1829.

Tullamore Dew Phoenix has a warm and spicy aroma from the start, followed by rich caramel and vanilla notes. The distinctive malty notes of Tullamore DEW are enriched with deeper toasted oak aromas and a hint of sherry. The higher strength swirls on the tongue and leaves a spicy pot still flavor. A little water will release layers of caramel, delicate floral notes and oak tannins.
