Veuve Clicquot Champagne La Grande Dame 2008 is a champagne made as a tribute to Madame Clicquot. The champagne is made from 92 percent Pinot Noir grapes and eight percent Chardonnay grapes, giving it its impressive strength and elegance.

La Grande Dame 2008 has a golden and fresh color when poured. The nose is strong and soft at the same time, with notes of dried fruits, ripe white fruits, roasted hazelnut and praline. The palette is strong, clean and has a silky texture with notes of citrus and red fruits. Serve at 10-12 degrees with dishes like oysters, fish tartare, caviar, chicken with sesame and scallops.
