The taste is overwhelming, very elegant and yet with a good depth and richness. There are both blackcurrants and fresh grapes. The color is beautifully dark with a depth that shows that this is a wine with flavor. The aroma is full of ripe blackcurrants and fresh summer.

To achieve the optimal wine and consistent quality and taste from year to year, winemakers vary the grape composition slightly each year. The starting point is always Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah as the two main grapes and depending on the year’s harvest, smaller amounts of other grapes are added, such as Mourvedre, Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc.

Before fermentation begins, the must lies with the grape skins for about 10 hours to extract the most character from the grapes resulting in a beautiful dark color and a classic Cabernet Sauvignon aroma.

The wine is suitable for light meat, pasta dishes, fatty fish and Asian food. You can also use it as an excellent welcome drink.
