Lérina Verte is an aromatic and complex herbal liqueur originating from the historic Abbaye de Lérins, a Cistercian monastery located on Île Saint-Honorat near Cannes. The monks have been making this liqueur since the late 1800s and the recipe was improved in 1948. Handed down from monk to monk, it is composed of 44 different plants, some of which are grown on the island.
