Bache-Gabrielsen VSOP Triple Cask is a soft and round cognac that has undergone an extra maturation in small Limousin oak casks. This process extends the aging time beyond the required four years for the VSOP category. The cognac, made from Ugni-Blanc grapes from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne regions, has an amber-golden color. The aroma offers a complex composition of vanilla, dried fruit, apricot, almonds and hazelnut. The flavor profile combines fruity notes of Fins Bois with the elegance of Petite Champagne and finishes with oriental spices and banana.
