The little steamer works with convection technology and can keep up with the big ones in terms of performance: 3 selectable temperature levels (199°C/390°F, 207°C/405°F or 215.6°C/420°F), indicated by colored LEDs (green, blue, white), ceramic heating chamber and of course an airflow isolated from the electronics.
