“The house was founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a great admirer and connoisseur of sherry, and Arthuur Humbert, a specialist in international relations. The house has won great acclaim for their sherry, brandy and rum.

The master blender carefully selects the most exclusive rums from Barbados and Guyana. Once the desired blend is found, the rum is aged for 5 years in the Caribbean.

After this part of the aging process, the blend is shipped across the Atlantic to Williams & Humbert in Spain, where the second part of the aging process begins. The rum is now aged for 3 years in specially selected oak casks, which have been used previously to mature the international award-winning sherry “Dos Cartados” Oloroso. To complete this rum, it is finally aged for 2 years in the heavier, richer “Don Guido” Pedro Ximenez sherry.

The final stage of aging in Pedro Ximénez casks gives this fantastic rum its beautiful amber color. It’s soft and delicate on the palate with notes of raisin, fig and vanilla.
