The cognac grapes are a blend of Fin Bois eaux-de-vies from Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes. All grapes are aged for a minimum of 25 years in the first maturation process, and again in newer oak barrels for another 10 years. The two different aging methods result in a unique taste experience that is accompanied by floral, fruit and spice flavors with hints of lemon and chamomile.
