Martini Extra Dry Vermouth is a clear vermouth with hints of gold and green grass. It has a delicately perfumed aroma. On the nose, notes of raspberry, peach, melon, fresh apples, lemon are particularly prominent. But also with subtle notes of acacia honey.

When you taste this vermouth, you’ll first be greeted by apple peel flavors that are accompanied by orris root with light notes of wood and a balanced acidity. In the mid-palette, the notes are drier and characterized by roots. The finish is light and fragrant with flavors of cinnamon, apple and peach.
