Nikka Miyagikyo is a single malt whisky from the producer Nikka’s second distillery, the Miyagikyo distillery. The Miyagikyo distillery is located in the mountains of Sendai, unlike Nikka’s other distillery, the Yoichi distillery, which is located in the coastal area.

The color is dark amber and the nose is rich with flowers, tropical fruits and a hint of forest. Nikka Miyagikyo has flavors of spicy ginger, chocolate and tobacco, but the flavors revolve primarily around malt. A long and smooth finish that leads to fruity notes.
