This elegant Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Brut is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier give Piper-Heidsieck its beautiful structure. Chardonnay and the older cru provide balance and ensure Piper-Heidsieck’s classic expression.

Piper-Heidsick Champagne Brut has a bright crystal clear yellow color, to which the high proportion of Chardonnay brings out green flashes. It has aromas of dried apricots, notes of red and black berries (raspberry and blackberry) and a hint of spice. The palate is opulent with candied orange peel, highlighted by a touch of smoked tea and toasted almonds.

After founder Florens-Louis Heidsieck died in 1828, the company was taken over by his nephew Christian Heidsieck and his cousin Henri Guilaume Piper. These two created the Piper-Heidsieck brand back in 1838.
