Tequila is a Mexican spirit made from the juice of blue agave. Rooster Rojo is produced at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, located in the city of Tequila in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. The producer started in 2000, but is housed in a beautiful old colonial building from 1923 and produces a wide range of different tequila series.

Rooster Rojo Tequila is produced from 100% blue agave in the city of Tequila, Mexico, and is available in two flavors; Blanco and Reposado.

Rooster Rojo Reposado has been aged for a minimum of 2 months in French oak barrels to give it a delicate touch of oak. A beautiful tequila with a brownish/light straw yellow color and a delicate aroma of ripe fruit, agave and a hint of oak. The taste is full-bodied with notes of vanilla, caramel and agave followed by a warm, concentrated and silky finish.
