Bertha’s Revenge Irish Milk Gin is a classic Irish gin – and then some. It’s made using spirits made from local Cork wheat, natural well water and a blend of local botanicals. The result is “Bertha”, as the Ballyvolane House Spirits Company calls the gin.

The gin has a fresh and soft scent where both warm spices and sweet citrus dominate. It has a very smooth texture that starts out with sweet orange, coriander and pepper. The spicy notes offer more warmth later on with cumin, cloves and cardamom. Serve Bertha neat, over ice, with a little water, or as a digestif – it’s also great mixed with tonic or in a martini.
