But more important than a bong’s appearance are its inner qualities—that is, its functionality! And then there’s the reusable feature we mentioned earlier. When you inhale, the bong water is drawn through the tubes and then flows back into the water chamber. During this recirculation, the water is enriched with fresh oxygen each time—in other words, it’s reused. At the same time, unwanted byproducts from the vapor are deposited on the tube walls.

In addition, the showerhead percolator in the water chamber creates plenty of water and vapor turbulence, which also cools and filters the vapor. Delicious and smoother dabs guaranteed. Plus, the dab rig has a really good grip and is very easy to hold with one hand while you load the wax into the banger with the other, or minimize the airflow with a carb cap. Using a carb cap (not included) makes sense because regulating the airflow allows for the production of more and denser vapor.
