Bottega White Gold is a spumante made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. The grapes are grown in the Oltrepò Pavese hills, located in the Italian region of Lombardy. Once the grapes are picked, they undergo a very special sparkling process in a pressure tank for 40-60 days.

The spumante itself has a straw yellow color with fine, persistent pearls. The bouquet is delicate with fresh, fruity notes of apricot and other dried fruit. Serve the spumante at 4-5 degrees and enjoy it as a welcome drink, with seafood or with vegetable dishes.
