Golden Champagne with lively bubbles that last longer than usual as a result of the wine’s slow maturation in a two thousand year old limestone crypt.

The champagne has a sensually complex and harmonious aroma with notes of fresh baked brioche

and roasted coffee beans, as well as sun-ripened fruits like mango, apricot, dried pistachio and almond – thanks to the highest possible content (40%) of reserve wine (20% Chardonnay & 20% Pinot Noir) and a careful selection of wines from only 60 crus.

The mouthfeel is crisp and lush with a white nougat taste on velvety pastry filled with red plums and ripe cherries. The champagne offers a deep finish with hints of rich chocolate, amber and vanilla.
