Sophisticated, dusty-pink champagne with bright flashes of wild roses and lively bubbles that last longer than usual as a result of the wine’s slow maturation – in a two thousand year old limestone crypt.

A base of 20% reserve wines, 5-6% extremely elegant red wines – all carefully selected crus – gives this rosé an understated yet complex aroma with notes of homemade strawberry jam, fruity sweetness of blood peaches, ginger cookies and cinnamon.

The taste can best be described as a powerful and flavorful mouthful with explosions of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry wrapped in velvety whipped cream.
