Gullmunn Fleur de Lis is a year-round aquavit that goes well with both summer food and fall seafood and cozy dishes. Gullmunn Fleur de Lis is a 100% Norwegian barrel-aged, double-distilled aquavit.

The aquavit is mild, delicate and light. It is aged on Norwegian potato spirit and carefully selected Norwegian herbs including meadowsweet, heather flower, chamomile flower and dandelion. Gullmunn Fleur de Lis is matured for 10 months in new bourbon barrels, which gives it the mild, sweet oak notes rather than the classic burnt barrel notes. The distilled herbal notes are well preserved, and the aquavit also has hints of exotic fruit and a good roundness and fullness.

All aquavits in the Gullmunn range are natural, with no added color or sugar. They are lighter than other aquavits because the bourbon barrel gives off very little color and no added dyes are used.
