Los Danzantes – or the dancers – is a very fine mezcal made from espadin agave, which contributes a full-bodied flavor. It’s very flavorful and you’ll notice both spices and smoke in this unique mezcal. Notice the high alcohol content, but it doesn’t make the bottle boozy.

You can drink this young mezcal both as a shot and as an aperitif, where the various delicate notes give you a pleasant experience. But it’s also a great addition to a cold one on the lunch table if you want to give the schnapps a break.
