Egtvedpigens Bryg is a Nordic beer made by analyzing the contents of the birch bark bucket found in the grave of the Egtvedpigen. The beer has a delightful aroma of porc and honey. The cranberries contribute a fresh vinous sweetness and give the beer a beautiful reddish color. Egtvedpigens Bryg has a rounded fresh taste and a wonderful maltiness. It has a discreet sweetness and the aftertaste is rounded off by porc and honey. A beer with a high drinkability. The beer is unfiltered, well-balanced and has an appropriate mouthfeel – ideal as an aperitif. It should be served chilled at 5-8 ºC.
