How to use a CBD bath bomb
To use a CBD bath bomb, simply drop the bomb into warm water and then swirl it around with your hand or foot so that it slowly fizzes until it is completely dissolved. Then simply soak in your bath and enjoy all the benefits of a topical CBD product as it absorbs into the pores of your skin.
There is no specific recommendation on how long you should bathe with one of our CBD bombs, but generally you can aim for a bath somewhere between 20 and 40 minutes long to get the full CBD benefits. Of course, ideally you want to get out before your skin becomes too wrinkled.
One bath bomb should be enough for your needs, depending on the amount of water and size of your tub. However, if you choose to use more than one at a time, we recommend using the same formula bomb so you can feel a consistent effect.
