A wonderfully complex yet versatile, classic version of Vermouth di Torino. Only naturally sourced herbs and aromas are used to produce Cucielo. The Italian wine used in both Rosso and Bianco is similar, using carefully selected, quality grapes, Terbbiano di Abruzzo, along with Grillo and Ansonica from Sicily.
On the nose you experience aromas of crisp green apple, elderflower & vanilla; bright floral and herbaceous aromas, rounded off with subtle notes of maraschino cherry, bitter orange and raisins. The taste is warm, soft, still sweet with vanilla and ripe summer fruit, balanced by a pleasant bitter orange note. It has an exceptionally long, sweet/bitter finish.
