Fur Halvbitter is a Danish bitter spiced with rosehip, leek, heather, yarrow, anise and lavender flower. All herbs are picked on Knuden, which is Fur’s large nature area, located next to Fur Bryghus on the northwestern part of the island. The spicy half bitter is 38% – and is part of our exclusive schnapps series, which we produce in collaboration with the micro-distillery Braunstein in Køge.
