Fur Malt is a Danish aquavit spiced with elderflower. The malt schnapps is part of Fur Bryghus’ exclusive schnapps series, which is produced in collaboration with the micro-distillery Braunstein in Køge. The elderflowers and other herbs that make up the flavors of Fur Malt are picked on Knuden, Fur’s large nature area, which is located next to Fur Bryghus on the northwestern part of the island.
