GAUTIER Cognac is one of the oldest cognac houses and is still located today as it was in 1755 – in an old watermill across a river. Visiting Gautier’s cellars, you can hear the river rushing through the floor as the aromas of centuries of cognac aging seep from the traditional Limousine oak barrels. This special humidity combined with the cellar master’s skill gives Gautier cognac a unique and well-balanced flavor.

This cognac has gradually acquired its fine golden color as it absorbed the tannins from the oak barrels during aging. Gautier XO is a blend of old eaux de vie. This results in a cognac that is finer, rounder and with more finesse in the taste, and is also rich and well-balanced in the aftertaste.
