Production
Winemaker Ana Urbano is behind this delicious port made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão grapes from the Douro Valley in Portugal.
The port ferments with the grape vat at controlled temperatures (24-28°C), when the grapes reach the desired sweetness fermentation is stopped by adding brandy (77%), then the port matures in oak before bottling.
