Cristal is carefully blended from 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay from Roederer’s finest Cru vineyards. After a five-year champagne fermentation in the bottle and the addition of 10g liqueur de dosage per liter, matured in wooden barrels from 8 to 10 Cru sites, the wine rests at Roederer for another 8 months after disgorgement before release.

Cristal is characterized by its classically structured style, accompanied by delicate aromas and finesse in both aroma and taste. Notes of citrus fruits, pollen and apricots emerge immediately, while oxygenation in the glass brings forth notes of ripe, exotic fruits. The palate offers peach, apricot and mango, balanced by structured and crisp nuances. The finish is velvety, luscious and delicate.
